Offer the ability to apply visibility permissions on files attached through Data Control.

As a user I want to be able to select the projects I want to enable DC4J to be available on so that I can customize my instance.

Create a permissions screen to control user access to files. You can set permissions individually for each file or apply them at a group level by categorizing files into different groups and assigning permissions to those groups.

Make Data Control's file attachment field accessible in various issue screens, not just the default one. This includes the "create" screen, "workflow" screen, and others.

We want to make sure Data Control is compatible with Jira Service Management.

Allow customers to connect to their on-prem storage through Data Control.

Be able to visit the Storage source (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.) by clicking a button from the Jira issue.

When documents are added to the default attachments section from Atlassian, analyse if they could be PII and suggest to the customer or ask if they want to move the file to Data Control.
